My contributions

On this project, the Agile methodology was adopted, given that it was developed by a team of two developers. In this context, I took on several roles, including those of Scrum Master, Web Designer and Fullstack Developer. My responsibilities were varied and touched different areas. More precisely, I accomplished the following tasks: - Conduct the in-depth study and analysis of the project; - Write the specifications as a client, as well as the functional specifications as Scrum Master; - Graphically design different aspects of the visual identity, ranging from the logo to UI-UX models and prototypes; - Ensure Front-End development for the entire web version; - Develop webservices as external components used by the application, such as a mailing service for sending the application's various e-mails, a PDF generation service called by https requests; - Management of pipeline with GitLab CI/CD for monitoring and deployment of application versions; - Implement hybrid development with Flutter.
